Cutter's leader power is the slowest and most noticeable of the three (Cutter's MAC Blast, Sgt. Forge's Carpet Bomb, and Anders Cryo Bomb). It is smart to use Cutter's leader power against a Deutoros -pattern Scarab, or an enemy base. [deleted] • 4 yr. ago A MAC round travels at 4% speed of light (quick maths puts that around 620 TIMES the speed of that meteor). Basically, at those speeds, air resistance doesn't exist. It might heat up the projectile a bit, but not enough before it plows headlong into the ground.

One will vaporize the target, the other will vaporize the target and a good chunk of the surrounding area.
